Job Description

Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Location : Atithi House , Greater Noida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest interactions, resolving queries, and maintaining a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations (if applicable)

Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Maintain guest records and feedback

Ensure a high standard of hospitality and customer service at all times

Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable personality and positive attitude

Ability to handle guests professionally and resolve issues efficiently

Basic knowledge of MS Office or hotel management systems is a plus
