About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Guest Relations Executives to join our Family Entertainment & Hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling customer interactions, managing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent guest experience at the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests professionally.

• Guide customers about games, activities, packages, and offers.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely.

• Coordinate with operations, restaurant, and billing teams.

• Maintain positive guest relationships and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in birthday parties, events, and group bookings.

• Ensure smooth entry and exit of guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception/front desk area.

• Promote memberships, packages, and ongoing promotions.

• Support daily operational activities when required.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.

• Pleasant personality and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Qualification

• PUC / Any Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience

• 0 to 2 Years preferred in:
