About the Role
We are looking for a warm, well-presented, and confident Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for our diners. You will make sure every guest feels welcome and enjoys a smooth, memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests and manage seating
Handle table reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists
Address guest queries, special requests, and complaints promptly
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for seamless service
Build relationships with regular and VIP guests
Collect guest feedback and manage online reviews where needed
Maintain guest records and daily reports
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in guest relations or front-of-house roles in restaurants or hospitality
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Pleasant personality with strong grooming standards
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (reservation software, MS Office)
Graduate in any discipline; hotel management qualification preferred
