Guest Relation Executive

We are seeking passionate Guest Relations Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate must be available for rotational shifts and a 6-day work week. Please note that this role includes mandatory weekend shifts with one rostered day off during the week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist guests professionally.

2. Handle queries related to bookings, memberships, coaching and facilities. Provide accurate information and professional assistance to customers.

3. Attend to walk-in, phone and digital enquiries. Maintain good communication with parents, students and members.

4. Assist with court allocation and guide customers. Explain Center facilities, rules and services.

5. Support coaching sessions, tournaments, workshops and events. Coordinate court allocation and coaching requirement.

6. Support the Center Manager in daily operations.

7. Regularly check lighting, signage, nets, mats and equipment. Ensure sports areas are safe and housekeeping standards are maintained.

8. Ensure customers follow Center rules and safety guidelines.

Skill and Requirement:

1. Should be able to interact in Telugu, English and Hindi.

2. Minimum Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (+2), ITI, Diploma, or any Graduation.

3. Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

4. Prior experience in retail, customer support/customer service and computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

5. Good personal grooming, etiquette and professional appearance.
