We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Leader to steer our backpacker hostel and curate an unforgettable social vibe for travelers from around the world. In this role, you will be the ultimate multi-tasker—manning the reception desk with a warm welcome, managing daily booking flows, keeping a sharp eye on property maintenance, and leading by example by rolling up your sleeves to actively make beds and keep our dorms spotless.

The ideal candidate has a true backpacker soul, loves community living, and balances a fun, outgoing personality with strong organizational skills. If you are highly adaptable, don't mind getting your hands dirty to keep a property running smoothly, and want a vibrant workplace where no two days are the same, we want you on our crew!
