INEJ Digital Lounge is looking for enthusiastic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as FOA Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, guest relations, and front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a professional and friendly approach.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.

• Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records and daily reports.

• Coordinate with F&B and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experience.

• Assist in lounge operations and ensure adherence to service standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area.

• Follow company SOPs and customer service guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
