Ninhao Chinese Restaurant is looking for a responsible, friendly and well-organized Front Office Executive to handle front office, customer service and basic accounts-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle front office operations and customer enquiries.

• Attend phone calls and assist customers with their queries.

• Handle billing and basic accounting-related work.

• Maintain daily records, reports and documents.

• Coordinate with restaurant staff and management.

• Handle MS Word and basic computer operations.

• Assist with day-to-day administrative work.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Support management with regular restaurant office activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, accounts, billing or a similar role preferred.

• Basic knowledge of accounts and billing.

• Good knowledge of MS Word and computer operations.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

• Both male and female candidates can apply.

Working Hours

10:30 AM to 11:00 PM

Break: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Evening: 6:30 PM to 11 PM

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
