We are looking for a female staff to join our restaurant team at Ithum Galleria mall in Greater Noida. As part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the restaurant for dine in, guiding them on what the restaurant has to offer. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate having good communication skills. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
