Welcome customers and assist them with their inquiries.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries.
Take and process walk-in, phone, and online orders accurately.
Coordinate with the bakery production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Manage billing, cash, digital payments, and issue invoices.
Maintain customer records and order details.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
Keep the reception and customer waiting area clean and organized.
Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and maintaining office records.
Monitor basic office and stationery supplies and report replenishment needs.
