Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily lounge operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Operations teams.

• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

• Support shift management, reporting, and operational audits.

• Participate in training programs and departmental rotations.

• Analyze operational challenges and suggest process improvements.

• Work closely with managers on special projects and business initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership potential and problem-solving ability.

• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
