Job Description: We are looking for a good looking female candidate with minimum experience of 2+ yrs at the front desk. The prospective candidate should be presentable and responsible for Front desk administration.

•Handling Front office responsibilities and Good telephone manners

•Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors

•Basic HR activities & employees attendance report on a daily basis

•Sales and Service Coordination

•Handling clients both over the phone and their visits to Office.

•Office administration & Co-ordination with operations manager.

•Back Office support and Customer Support.

Required Skills

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Sales and Service Coordination with Customer Coordination and Support

•Graduate with a pleasing personality and Excellent Communication Skills

•Minimum 2 + Year of working experience
