Job Responsibilities
Client & Visitor Management: Greeting guests professionally and directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking accurate messages, and routing them to remote clients.
Admin Tasks: Managing courier deliveries, sorting mail, and maintaining a clean, organised reception area.
Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding virtual offices, coworking spaces, and meeting room bookings.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Typically 0 to 2 years of experience in front office or customer relationship roles.
Skills: Strong communication, excellent spoken English/Hindi.Telugu, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Soft Skills: A warm, professional demeanour, good problem-solving abilities, and strong organisational skills
