Job Summary
We are looking for a polite, well-organized, and compassionate Receptionist to manage the front desk of our IVF / Healthcare Centre. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and should create a welcoming and professional environment while handling administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a warm, respectful, and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, answer patient queries, and schedule appointments
Register new patients and update patient records accurately
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth patient flow
Maintain appointment schedules and manage waiting times
Handle billing-related queries and basic cash / card transactions
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
Manage front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization
Assist patients with forms, reports, and basic information about treatments
Handle emails, messages, and follow-ups as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
Previous experience as a receptionist in a hospital, clinic, or IVF centre is an advantage
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Hospital Management Software)
Pleasant personality with a caring and empathetic attitude
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualities
Experience in IVF / fertility clinic or healthcare environment
Female candidates preferred
