To manage front desk operations, handle customer enquiries, support the sales team, and ensure a professional and positive experience for clients in a real estate company.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
Record and forward leads to the sales team
Schedule appointments and site visits
Maintain enquiry records and basic reports
Support sales documentation and coordination
Manage front office administration and reception area
Skills & Qualification
Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi and English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)
Graduate preferred
Prior experience in real estate or customer service is an advantage
