ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Admin / Front Office Executive, is responsible for organizing office
operations, managing filing systems, and handling invoicing and payment
collection. Key tasks include coordinating with clients and staff, managing
patient appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with
company policies. The role also involves overseeing office supplies,
coordinating with the office boy, and managing day-to-day administrative
tasks.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Manage Front Desk Operations:
- Oversee daily reception duties including greeting clients, coordinating
communication, and addressing basic queries.
2. Handle Appointment Scheduling:
- Manage patient bookings, maintain appointment calendars, and ensure
smooth flow of daily operations.
3. Organize Office Administration:
- Maintain filing systems, update records, and ensure all documents are
properly stored and easily accessible.
4. Manage Billing & Payment Collection:
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial
records as per company procedures.
5. Coordinate With Office Support Staff:
- Allocate tasks to the office boy, oversee their duties, and ensure the
workspace remains clean and organized.
