We are looking for a polite, organised, and responsible Receptionist cum Office Helper to manage front-desk activities and ensure smooth daily office operations. The role includes handling visitors, assisting staff, and maintaining a clean, professional office environment.
Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates warmly.
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic email communication.
Maintain visitor records and guide them to the appropriate person.
Handle couriers, deliveries, and outgoing parcels.
Assist in basic cleaning tasks: maintaining cleanliness of reception area, meeting room, and staff desks.
Serve tea/coffee/water to guests and office staff when required.
Support HR/admin team with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic paperwork.
Keep office supplies (stationery, cleaning items) stocked.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for discussions.
Help with basic data entry (if required).
Support day-to-day office tasks as instructed by HR or management.
Maintain proper arrangement of workstations and common areas.
Minimum education: 10th/12th pass.
Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred).
Clean, well-mannered personality.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
Prior experience as office boy/office helper/receptionist is a plus (not mandatory).
