Handle check-in and check-out efficiently
Address guest queries, complaints, and special requests
2. Reservations & Bookings
Manage room reservations (walk-in, phone, email, OTA like Zomato / Cleartrip if applicable)
Update booking details in the hotel management system
3. Front Desk Operations
Maintain front office records and guest database
Handle cash, billing, invoices, and payments
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
4. Communication
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
5. Customer Service
Ensure high guest satisfaction
Handle complaints politely and resolve issues quickly
