Position: Front Office Executive - Hotel

Location: Shankarpally, Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 2 - 3 Year's in hotels / resorts / hospitality / front office operations

Salary:₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per Month

Job Description:

Welcome guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.

Provide accurate information about hotel services, room availability, and facilities.

Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and special requests.

Promote hotel rooms, packages, and additional services to maximize sales.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Maintain guest records and update booking systems accurately.

Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
