The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments
Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes as required
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Assist HR or Admin team with onboarding formalities and office coordination
Ensure compliance with office policies and security protocols
Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Experience with visitor management systems
