We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage smooth check-in & check-out.
Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations.
Maintain guest records, billing, and daily reports.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure a great guest experience.
Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
Requirements
6 Months – 4 Years of experience in Front Office/Reception within Hotels, Resorts, Villas, or Hospitality.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Hotel PMS is preferred.
Professional grooming and customer-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
