Job Description – Front Office Executive

Designation: Front Office Executive / Front Desk Agent
Reports To: Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager
Location: Goa

Job Purpose
To provide courteous, efficient, and professional front office services to guests,
ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure while maintaining hotel
standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests and perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle room reservations, amendments, and cancellations
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and
professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and
guest needs
• Manage billing, payments, and guest folios accurately
• Maintain guest records, shift reports, and front desk documentation
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Promote hotel services and upsell rooms and facilities
• Follow hotel SOPs, safety, security, and data confidentiality policies.

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
• 0–3 years’ experience in hotel front office or customer service role
• Freshers may be considered for junior positions

• Shift duties including nights, weekends, and holidays
