We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Center Manager with a Master’s degree in Human Resources to oversee front desk operations and ensure an excellent first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role combines strong administrative, communication, and people management skills with a professional HR approach to service delivery and team coordination.
Manage day-to-day front desk functions including reception, visitor handling, and call management.
Ensure the front desk area is welcoming, organized, and efficiently run at all times.
Supervise appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for clinical and administrative staff.
Address queries, concerns, or feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
Oversee front desk staff (if applicable), including training, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, payments, and communications.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
Apply HR principles to enhance front desk operations and staff interactions.
Assist with onboarding new administrative/front desk staff.
Help uphold professional standards, staff morale, and workplace culture.
Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of client data and documentation.
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles (preferably in healthcare).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, scheduling tools, and general office equipment.
Fluent in English and Kannada
