Key Responsibilities
Visitor & Security Management: Greet clients, candidates, and official inspectors, issue visitor passes, enforce strict facility access protocols, and maintain digital visitor logs.
Communications & Routing: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, route inquiries to specialized aerospace engineering, quality control, or logistics teams, and manage official correspondence.
Facility & Meeting Coordination: Manage conference room bookings for project reviews, board meetings, and client audits.
Logistics & Vendor Support: Coordinate courier services for sensitive documentation or hardware samples, track office supplies, and liaise with facility maintenance vendors.
Administrative Assistance: Assist with onboarding logistics for new engineering or technical staff, travel desk coordination, excellent communication skill.
