The Front Desk Executive is the face of Redfox Hotel, responsible for welcoming guests with warmth, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, and handling all front-office operations efficiently. She plays a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience while maintaining the hotel’s service standards.
Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Manage guest registrations, room allocations, and issue key cards.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Process billing, payments, and maintain cash/credit card transaction accuracy.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with required material.
Uphold hotel policies, security, and safety procedures.
Graduate/Hotel Management Diploma preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office/Customer Service (hospitality preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
Knowledge of MS Office and hotel management software (IDS/Opera preferred).
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Standing for extended periods during guest interaction.
