This dual-role position requires someone who is as comfortable managing data and documentation as they are speaking with clients and closing loops.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients, addressing queries and providing updates on their investment portfolios.
* Back Office Operations: Handle data entry, document verification (KYC), and maintain accurate digital records.
* Sales Support: Use a convincing tone to follow up on leads, explain service benefits, and assist in client onboarding.
* Coordination: Act as a bridge between the technical team and the client to ensure a seamless service experience.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, you must bring a mix of technical efficiency and "people skills."
* Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English. You must be able to switch between these languages effortlessly to cater to our diverse clientele.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with a professional yet persuasive demeanor.
* Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and Word, powerpoint), email etiquette, and general internet applications.
* Experience: Previous experience in finance, banking, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
