Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, letters, and official documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a professional reception area.
Coordinate with HR and Administration for employee and visitor requirements.
Maintain records of inward and outward courier dispatches.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and documentation.
Support other administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.
