Key Responsibilities: • Explain details of courses (NEET / JEE / School Foundation / Online & Offline Classes) • Guide students to the right course based on their class and requirement • Maintain follow-ups with interested students and parents • Coordinate with academic team for admissions and batch allocation • WhatsApp group management and daily communication • Sharing educational content (class links, notes, DPPs, videos) • Publishing and managing exam-related communication 2. System Knowledge & File Documentation The Admin must maintain proper records and use systems efficiently. System Knowledge: • Basic computer operations (Windows) • MS Word documents and notices • MS Excel student data and fee records
Expected Skills: • Good communication skills • Languages Known: English (Mandatory); other languages are an added advantage • Basic understanding of education/coaching systems • Ability to explain concepts clearly without confusion
