We’re Hiring: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
📍 Location: Dewas
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (NTH)
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and well-presented reception area with necessary stationery and materials
Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security procedures and control access at the reception desk
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
