Job Title: Front Desk & Admin Executive
Front Desk Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and manage visitor records/logs.
Maintain reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange refreshments for guests.
Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain guest cabins and common areas.
Administration Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, office maintenance, and other services.
Assist in purchase requests (PRs) and coordinate with accounts for payments.
Support travel arrangements, logistics, and office facility management.
Maintain records, documentation, and support HR/admin activities including onboarding formalities.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Vendor coordination and office administration experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable personality with good interpersonal skills
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, HR, or related field.
2 years of experience in Front Desk, Administration, or Office Management roles (BFSI/NBFC/corporate experience preferred).
Strong customer service orientation, presentable personality, and good communication skills.
Experience in call handling, visitor management, appointment scheduling, and office coordination.
Experience in vendor coordination, service follow-ups, and office maintenance support.
Ability to manage office supplies, track inventory, and prepare Purchase Requests (PRs).
