Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, drivers, and vendors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier inquiries promptly.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor/driver passes as per company policy.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and dispatch teams for appointments and deliveries.
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
Maintain records of incoming/outgoing couriers and shipments.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
Ensure reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
