Job Description:
• Mail & Courier Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and
deliveries. Track incoming and outgoing couriers, maintaining accurate
records.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and
maintain a professional demeanour.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as
assigned by the Admin and Management teams, including handling
attendance and leave applications.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Propose new ideas and initiatives to
improve office efficiency. Handle stressful and emergency situations
with composure.
Coordinate with other branches over Pan India.
