Job Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage reception activities.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services.
Coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintain visitor records and provide administrative support.
Ensure smooth front-office operations.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email).
Good organizational skills and a positive attitude.
