We specialise in hearing tests, hearing aids, speech therapy, and cochlear implant services. We are looking for a smart and confident Receptionist for our Gurgaon clinic who can deliver excellent customer service and assist in smooth clinic operations.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients visiting the clinic with a positive attitude.
Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and appointment bookings.
Maintain patient records and update daily reports.
Coordinate with audiologists and support the clinic team for smooth functioning.
Share clinic location, appointment confirmation messages, and reminders with patients.
Manage the front desk area—clean, organised, and professional.
Assist in collecting patient feedback and Google reviews.
Support the team during hearing camps or special events if required.
Requirements
Must be currently living in Gurgaon.
Only Fresher candidates
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Confident, responsible, and polite personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email).
Ability to handle patients professionally and calmly.
