• Answering phone in a professional manner and routing calls or taking messages as

necessary.

• Operating knowledge of office equipment like Printer / Copier / Scanner / Fax etc.

• Receive packages, deliveries, letters and to handle all inward & outward couriers.

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.

• Regularly checking and sorting emails.

• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks like making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, taking follow-ups whenever required etc.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Qualification – Graduate > Skill – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, should be good looking & presentable > Experience – 1-2 years

• Prefer candidate should be living in or near Bandra, Kurla, Dadar, Mahim or Khar region.
