Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Kv Farms Chiranjiv Vihar Sector 5 - Ghaziabad

Employment Type: Full-Time Only Female Candidate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented and courteous Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet customers, and ensure a smooth customer experience at our outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-in guests
Manage billing coordination and basic POS handling (if required)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order flow
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when needed
Maintain records, reservations, and daily logs

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge (POS / billing software preferred)
Ability to multitask and stay organized

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in restaurant / hotel / retail
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle peak hours efficiently
