Patient Greeting & Check-In: Welcoming patients and visitors and managing the patient flow to minimize wait times.
Administrative & Clerical Duties: Attend to phone calls, responding to emails, filing, and managing correspondence.
Scheduling & Appointments: Booking, canceling, and rescheduling appointments, and sending reminders.
Data Management & EHR: Accurately entering and updating patient personal and medical information in electronic health systems while maintaining confidentiality.
Front Desk Organization: Maintaining a clean and orderly reception area to create a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
