Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (Hotel Receptionist) to join our hotel/resort team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in hotel or resort front office operations and a passion for delivering excellent guest service. The role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and room bookings via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Address guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain proper guest records and billing information in the hotel management system.
Ensure the reception area is always organized and presentable.
Assist guests with special requests and ensure a memorable stay experience.
Requirements:
1–2 years experience in hotel or resort front office / guest relations.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems / PMS is preferred.
Well-groomed personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
