Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Salary: Upto 25k inhand + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, visitor handling, and incoming calls.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
Provide recruitment support, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and follow-ups.
Maintain records, documentation, and office-related data.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and HR-related requirements.
Ensure smooth reception and office administration.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist is mandatory.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Good organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
Professional demeanor and a courteous, presentable attitude.
