Front Desk Receptionist

Eduflix Overseas is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and perform a variety of administrative and front-office tasks. As part of this role, you will welcome guests and greet students who visit our office. You will also handle front-desk responsibilities such as managing calls, handling inquiries, and coordinating student appointments. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and students, ensuring they are directed properly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls confidently and professionally.

• Handle student inquiries regarding study abroad programs.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

• Update calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).

• Basic English knowledge is required.

• Strong calling confidence and communication skills for student conversations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Good multitasking and time-management skills.

• Professional attitude with good written and verbal communication skills.

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
