Job Title: Senior Front Office Associate
Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-in/check-out and front desk operations

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve queries efficiently

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

  • Maintain billing, records, and PMS entries

  • Support and guide junior staff when required

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of front office experience in a hotel or luxury resort

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of PMS and basic computer operations

  • Flexible to work shifts
