Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and therapist teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Manage client feedback, concerns, and complaints effectively and escalate when required.
Support clinic promotions and membership renewal campaigns.
Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into appointments.
Ensure the reception area and client waiting zones are neat, organized, and welcoming.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred in Hospitality, Administration, or similar field).
max years of experience in customer service, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
Excellent communication (English & local language), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Pleasant personality with a client-centric approach.
You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
