We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the front desk by handling all incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments for senior staff
Coordinate with internal teams for meeting schedules and room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail services
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties, including data entry and filing
Support sales and customer relations teams with document handling and client interactions
Provide accurate information about the company, ongoing projects, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
1–3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
