Job Location: Ahmedabad - WFO

Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday) 9:30 to 7 PM

1. Greeting & Managing Visitors

2. Answering Calls & enquiries

3. Handling Parcels and Packages

4. Scheduling and Appointments

5. Visitor Check-In

6. Providing Company Information

7. Maintaining a Clean Reception Area & Office 

8. Office Supplies Management

9. Security and Access Control

10. Keeping Records

11. Handling Special Requests

12. Monitoring CCTV Cameras

13. Handling Lost and Found Items

14. Escalating Admin or office related concerns Concerns

15. Data Entry tasks 

16. Managing HR Operational Tasks (e.g., attendance, missed punch, etc)

17. Assisting with Onboarding New Employees

18. Coordinating Events &  Programs

19. Assisting with Employee Benefits Administration

20. Managing Office Space and Facilities

21. Overseeing Vendors

22. Handling Emergencies

Must Have:

# Good communication skills; both verbal & written

# Must have multi-tasking skills and smart enough to prioritise tasks in a day

# Most importantly, have a positive & pleasant vibe and a smile throughout the day.
