Front Office Executive:

Job Description:

·         Responsible for attending to all incoming calls, responding to them, and transferring the call to the appropriate department.

·         Responsible for greeting the visitors at the office. Registering their names and contact details.

·         Responsible for attending to walk-in visitors or customers.

·         Managing the housekeeping department and the Security Dept

·         Maintaining a stock of water cans, stationery, and other items.

Desired Candidate Profile

·         0 to 1 years of experience as Front Office Executive/ Receptionist.

·         Candidates with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

·         Candidate must be comfortable handling telephonic calls.

·         Knowledge of IT technical skills will be an added advantage.

·         Immediate joiners required.

·         Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.

·         Should be of a Pleasing Personality.

·         Good written and verbal communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi/Telugu is a must)
