  Encourage customers to share feedback and assist them with posting Google Reviews. Maintain records of visit feedback and highlight actionable insights to the store manager.

• Front Desk Administration:
  Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area, ensuring a seamless first impression for all visitors.

• Customer Query Handling:
  Address basic customer queries related to store timings, ongoing offers, and services while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Coordination with Store Teams:
  Liaise with sales, operations, and other store teams to ensure customers are attended to promptly and efficiently.
