  • Interact with clients, addressing queries, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software/system efficiently.

  • Maintain basic records, including income and expenses. Generate and send invoices to clients as required.

  • Manage operations at Andheri and the upcoming Bandra branches. Ensure smooth functioning during class hours. Supervise space in Santacruz (currently inactive).

  • Conduct monthly cross-checks of attendance records. Verify income and expenses, preparing detailed reports by month-end.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders for special events or workshops. Participate in team meetings.

  • Oversee staff schedules and tasks.

  • Daily reporting of notable incidents at the end of the day. -Regular review with management weekly.
