Education: Graduate / MBA. + Good Knowledge or Word/Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls and emails

• Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings and related Paper work.

• Locker Rent Receiving/ Reminders by Mail, Call, Massage/ Other corrospondence regarding the same

• Participation in Business Promotion activity.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, Courier and other.

• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expenses

• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Finance background is preferable and

Age should be 30+
