Job Vacancy – Front Office Executive (Physiotherapy Clinic)
We are hiring a Front Office / Reception Desk Executive for our physiotherapy clinic at Nerul–Seawoods.
🔹 Job Type: Full-time (9 hours)
🔹 Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
🔹 Looking for: Candidates interested in long-term association
Key Responsibilities:
Patient registration & appointment scheduling
Maintaining patient session dates and follow-ups
Handling phone calls, enquiries & coordination
Basic billing support and daily front desk records
Creating a “WOW experience” for every patient
Building warm communication and strong patient bonding
Ensuring smooth coordination with therapists and doctors
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel & MS Word
Good communication skills (English/Hindi; Marathi preferred)
Polite, confident & patient-friendly personality
Organized, responsible & eager to grow with the clinic
