Job Description :
We are looking for a welcoming front desk representative to handle all receptionists and clerical duties at our main entrance's front desk. You are the company's "face" to all visitors, and responsible for our first impression. The ideal candidate has a friendly, crafted demeanor while also being sharp and disciplined. It is important that you can handle complaints and provide reliable information.
Front desk Executive Support duties and responsibilities of the job::
Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
Handle queries and address complaints.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
Take messages and pass them on to the receiver.
Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
Regularly check and sort emails.
Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
