Front Desk Advisor / Receptionist for Multi brand Laptop Service center

We are looking for a Front Desk Advisor / Receptionist to join our Multibrand Authorized Laptop Service Center in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and experience in handling customers and service center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the service center.

• Understand customer complaints and requirements and guide them through the service process.

• Create and update service requests/job sheets accurately.

• Coordinate with technicians and the service team for timely updates.

• Provide customers with updates regarding repair status, parts availability, and delivery timelines.

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.

• Coordinate customer pickups and laptop handovers.

• Maintain and regularly update Google Sheets with service center data, job status, customer details, and daily operational updates.

• Coordinate with the Head Office and backend team for daily reports, service updates, pending cases, and other operational requirements.

• Prepare and share daily reports with the Head Office/backend team within the required timelines.

• Ensure accuracy and timely updation of all service-related data and records.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing.

• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, receptionist, customer service, service advisor, or a similar role.

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hindi and English language skills are mandatory.

• Knowledge of Marathi will be an additional advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge with good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Comfortable preparing daily reports and coordinating with backend/head office teams.

• Presentable, courteous, organized, and customer-focused personality.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced service environment.

• Immediate joining required.
